In Honor of the 100th Anniversary of Prohibition

I wrote this paper my senior year of college.  I looked at the legal challenges encountered by the Prohibition movement at the state level, which had an enormous influence on the formation of subsequent national legislation.

This was long before the temperance movement in the United States in 1920 utilized the constitutional and statutory form of the Eighteenth Amendment to the Constitution and the National Prohibition Act.
